The factory operates from Benrose in Gauteng, South Africa, it has all the necessary requirements to design and manufacture its products.

SCOPE OF BUSINESS

The company manufactures and supplies all types of conveyor components including rollers & conveyor frames. Conveyor belt scrappers and conveyor impact rolls.

All steel material used to manufacture the frames and all structures meet the SABS 1431 and the steel tubes meet the SABS 657-1 requirements. The rollers shafts are manufactured from bright drawn steel bar that complies with Grade 070M20 or equivalent. The bearings we use have 2RS integral seals that prevent contamination from inside the rollers and loss of grease from the bearing.

We supply (and install on request) conveyor tracking units and belt scrapers.  

SUPPLYING / RETAILING  

The company supplies its manufactured products to customers across the republic and international market. It also procures related supplies for a wide range of customers. It deals with customers’ requirements by responding to calls for tenders to supply as per specifications of each customer. In doing this, it is obligated to use accredited suppliers whose supplies meet the minimum international standards in so far as quality and usability of the products it offers are concerned.
